godbet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") operates an online entertainment betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between you (the "User" or "you") and godbet.

These terms and conditions apply to all services, websites, and related activities of the platform. godbet's privacy policy and responsible gaming policy are also considered part of these terms.

1.2 Types of Services

godbet provides the following services:

  • Sports betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports
  • Live casino games such as live dealer table games
  • Slot machines and virtual games
  • Fishing games, bingo, and other entertainment games

These services are provided purely for entertainment purposes. godbet does not present any service as a source of income.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

To register on and use the godbet platform, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age (for 21+ only)
  • You must be a real person, not an automated process or bot
  • You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited
  • You may not operate an account on behalf of another person or any business entity
  • If a previous godbet account was suspended or closed, a new account cannot be opened

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the associated balance. Each individual may create only one account.

If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Account Security

3.1 Password and Access

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username, password) confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

  • Use a strong and unique password
  • Change your password regularly
  • If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately
  • Avoid logging in from public or shared devices

3.2 One Person One Account Policy

Only one godbet account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts is a clear violation of platform rules and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are supported for financial transactions on godbet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method)
  • Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your name
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted
  • Deposit amounts will be credited only after proper verification

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed
  • Withdrawals cannot be made while an active bonus is in place without first meeting the applicable wagering requirements
Special Note: godbet is not responsible for delays in withdrawal processing caused by banking or payment gateway issues. Additional verification may be required in unusual circumstances.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

godbet is firmly committed to preventing money laundering. godbet reserves the right to investigate any suspicious financial activity. Information may be requested to verify the source of funds.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

godbet offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
  • Deposit ৳8,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳13,000

No bonus code is needed to claim this bonus — it will be applied automatically at the time of the first deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. For the welcome bonus:

  • Wagering requirement: 15x (you must wager 15 times the bonus amount)
  • Withdrawal is not possible before the wagering requirement is met
  • Certain games may contribute differently toward the wagering requirement
  • Wagering must be completed within the specified time after the bonus is claimed

5.3 General Promotion Terms

The following general terms apply to all godbet promotions and offers:

  • Each promotion may be claimed only once, unless otherwise specified
  • If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited
  • godbet reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion
  • The terms of the VIP cashback program apply separately

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

godbet's sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and various other cricket and sports events. The following rules apply to all bets:

  • Bets placed before an event begins are considered final
  • godbet reserves the right to void any bet that is not accepted due to a technical error
  • The staked amount for cancelled events will be refunded
  • The official results of the relevant sports governing body will be followed to determine outcomes

6.2 Casino and Gaming Rules

For casino games and other gaming services:

  • The results of all games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG)
  • The individual rules for each game can be viewed in the game interface
  • Incomplete rounds due to disconnection will be settled according to server logs
  • If a winning amount displayed is incorrect due to a software error or technical issue, godbet reserves the right to make a correction

Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fraud and Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the godbet platform:

  • Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
  • Bonus abuse through multiple accounts
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes
  • Betting arbitrage or exploiting the system through any other strategy
  • Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems
  • Using another user's identity or information
  • Money laundering or other illegal financial activities

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

In any case, godbet's total liability will not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the last 30 days.

godbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
  • Providing false identity or information
  • Evidence of fraudulent activity being found
  • Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process
  • At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities

14.1 Policy on Changes to Terms
